Delivery

If you live in the UK we send all orders via Royal Mail First Class Recorded. If you live overseas we work off the Parcel Force Worldwide International Standard delivery times.

Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Dispatched within 2 - 3 working days".
